monitoring system, transport document, waste

The presentation covers the following issues: 1. Electronic Transport Supervision System (SENT) The Electronic Transport Supervision System (SENT) was created in Poland to supervise the transport of so-called sensitive goods, i.e. alcohol, cigarettes, medicines, substances hazardous to the environment, as well as to supervise the trade in heating fuels. It is an integral part of a larger IT structure known as PUESC. Every carrier or company involved in the transport of sensitive goods or the trade in heating fuels has a statutory obligation to report and register on the SENT platform. Monitoring, by the National Revenue Administration, of the road and rail transport of so-called "sensitive goods" and the trade in heating fuels is carried out using the SENT IT system. 2. Additional information on ADR transport documents The Act of 19 August 2011 on the transport of dangerous goods requires the name and address of the owner of the goods to be provided on the documents. 3. Requirements for the transport of hazardous waste Vehicle markings, documentation. Selected aspects of transboundary movement of hazardous waste.
