Action Forum
Practical demonstrations of products always attract special attention from the trade audience. This is exactly what the Action Forum in the middle of the exhibition in Hall 2 is designed to achieve.
Technical equipment (PA system for the speaker, barriers) and technical support are provided.
Visitors can experience the programme free of charge as part of their visit to the trade fair, without the need to register.
The events in the GGS 2024 Action Forum will take place daily from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The slots for the exhibitors provide a lecture time of about 30 minutes, including setting up and wrap-up.

Industry evening on 23 October 2024
The industry evening for GGS is happening at 7 p.m. on 23 October 2024. This year’s location is the Moritzbastei, Leipzig’s most famous cultural centre. At the very heart of the city, it’s a unique combination of historic architecture and modern cultural life in all its diversity. Enjoy culinary delights in this unique ambience. Meet other exhibitors and industry colleagues in a relaxed atmosphere and get chatting to each other.
You are also welcome to take the opportunity of inviting your most important customers to this event.

Tickets can only be purchased in our ticket shop. A separate invitation with the access details will be sent to you in August 2024.

Open Forum
The Open Forum is reserved for lectures, presentations and discussions involving GGS exhibitors. This provides an additional opportunity for increased attention from trade visitors.
The Open Forum is available for all exhibitors to use free of charge.
The Open Forum is easy to access in the middle of the exhibition in Hall 2. There’s seating for about 78 people. The area offers plenty of scope for the speakers. Technical equipment and support are provided.

Mandatory listing in the exhibitor directory
In the online ordering system, click on "Media Services/ Exhibitor Directory" to go to the ordering page of our authorised publisher NEUREUTER FAIR MEDIA GmbH.
Please carefully check the information in your mandatory listing (company name, address, telephone, e-mail, internet, hall, stand number, 2 product groups, contact person with contact details/business card).

WARNING: misleading listing offers for exhibitor directories
Invoicing
The trade fair rental invoice including the communication fee will be sent from September 2024. Payment of this invoice is a prerequisite for participation in the event. Free exhibitor passes will be blocked before the event if the stand rental invoice is not paid.
All other ordered services will be invoiced within four weeks of the event.
Stand construction authorisation
The stand construction registration process and the registration of technical authorisations and exhibits associated with special hazards have been replaced by a semi-automated approval procedure for your planned trade fair stand. It is an easy and convenient way to submit the necessary information about your planned trade fair stand. You will then be informed of the requirements associated with safe operation.
You will receive an e-mail about this from our Event Technology Department with a link to a separate page of Q&As (with password). After using this one-time password to register for the first time, we recommend setting up a personalised password so you can save your data and work on it later. Please complete the entries by 20 September 2024.
As before, the checks to be carried out as part of the operator’s responsibility during the construction, dismantling and execution phases – verifying compliance with the technical guidelines and relevant laws, ordinances and regulations – remain crucial to the safe operation of the event space.

WiFi at Leipziger Messe
On the exhibition grounds, WiFi with a 1 Mbit/s bandwidth is available to everyone free of charge. However, we cannot guarantee a stable connection, as stability depends on usage. If you want better WiFi or more bandwidth, you are welcome to book it with us via the OSC.
